Holly,

By insisting on only these two labels for us, you are choosing to ignore that what some of us are supporting is due process under the law and the US Constitution.

Good point. For purposes of discussion, I for one would ignore anything having to do with Clinton's sex life, and still I think there is evidence that he has turned corruption and coverup of corruption into an art form. He does deserve due process, but obeying the law is a two way street. When a court order commands you to do something, like surrender information, you must do it. At least you and I must. Clinton thinks he is above the law and court orders.

And speaking of the Consitution, Mr. C. signed into a law a retroactive tax increase. Section 9 says: No bill of attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed. Clinton, like Hitler, calculated (correctly) that he could evade the Constitution so long as the only ones affected were members of a hated minority (the "rich" in our case, the Jews in Hitler's).

No Mafia leader has been so effective at thwarting the legal system. The major difference is that the mob paid their own money for their squad of attorneys, while Clinton's are paid by the taxpayer, for the most part.

I could go on. My point is that if you have enough money and power and attorneys, you can delay or prevent justice from catching up to or trying you for crimes you are accused of. Not so with the little guy whose boat or car or home is confiscated without trial because drugs are simply found there. Not so with the victims of the IRS (KGB) who lose businesses, fortunes and futures while (against the constitution) having to prove themselves innocent rather than having the accuser prove them guilty.

I not only digress, I rant! Sorry...

Jack
