Like KAA, I'm confused too. Nothing was said about what determines how many warrants shareholders are to receive - what it's based on. The term "warrant dividend" is new to me...as dividends are something given, do they mean they intend to give us these warrants? They are good for a year but what is the strike price? More details need to be provided and it's beyond me why this release didn't include them.
