Thank-you very much for the post! The news is really needed, although nothing new is really mentioned besides the fact that the deal has been inked (and the $3M rig, what a monster it must be). I am somewhat confused though as I thought ALAMO was debt free! Where did these $800k in liabilities come from? At least management didn't offer shares for the debt and instead has forgone some future value instead, although on the other hand the new partner does bring a lot to the JV so maybe we haven't forgone anything. Glad to see Mark has followed through on this one. Skytop is next. ;>)
