Yikes, here's another one. I just found out that one of the stocks I
was interested in had actually been a ticking time bomb. It recently
exploded, and thanks to my TA assessment of the issue's unattractive
risk characteristics, I was able to sidestep the recent price action.

From the most recent 10-K, filed 3/13/98:

(Year ended: 12/31/96 12/31/97 % Change
-------- -------- --------
Net Sales $60,713 $84,642 39.41%
Acct Rec. $6,830 $12,540 83.60%
Inventories $4,606 $ 8,255 79.22%

This is the same situation as Sunbeam, where Accounts Receivables and
Inventories grew at rates far faster than the rate of sales growth.

The closing price for TFS stock on 3/13/98 was $20.875. Current close
as of today is $14.875 after the company released a statement last
week saying they would not meet revenue growth expectations.

Regards,

Rainier
