Kerm et al/ TUSK ENERGY INC. (TKE-A) closed the Meekwap acquisition yesterday. Here's a news release that doesn't mention Tusk's name but refers to the situation. cdn-news.com Tusk now is an approx. 800 boepd company - estimated cash flow for '96 will be right around $4 mil with now approx. 7.4 mil. shares o/s. LT Debt is, based on above numbers, around 1.4x CF Yes, I hold TKE.
