"Chronolgy of Events for ARET". Thanks to Steve and happy investing to all!

Steve alias SSPARSONS

The following is a listing of Contracts that are presently on the table for ARET. Provided
are dates for releases, updates and other tidbits. Enjoy the reading and happy
investing...lets hope we score big with ARET:

Finalized Contracts:
1. $4 million dollar Hydroponic facility constructed in Clinton, Missouri. First announced to
the public on September 25, 1997. Actual contract was signed on November 18, 1997 via
press release. Actual construction will/or has begun according to press release on April
30, 1998. On May 19, a follow up news story was released stating that Tomahawk and
Hydroponic Development Corp (HDC) entered into a JV (Joint Venture) to provide long
term maintenance to this facility.

2. $5 million dollar contract signed on April 28, 1998 to provide design and project
managment services for the initial phase of 500 low income homes in the Linares, Nuevo
Leon, Mexico area. Initial contract was for $5 million dollars but a final contract dollar
amount will be determined after the design phase is completed. Ground breaking is
scheduled in 5 months.

3. A negotiated agreement was reached with the Dakota Ojibway Tribal Council to
provide design engineering and project management for pilot housing program in Manitoba,
Canada. Initial budget for this project is valued between $700,000 and $1 million USD.
This was announced to the public on April 13, 1998.

Contracts on the brink:
1. On December 15, 1997 ARET was in the final stages of negotiating a contract to
convert an existing greenhouse facility in Manitoba, Canada to a Hydo facility. Initial costs
of the conversion were $250,000 and $500,000 USD with future expansion in the range of
$2,000,000 to $4,000,000.

2. $4 million dollar contract to build a Hydroponics facility on Cheyenne- Arapaho Tribal
Land in the Oklahoma, City area was announced via press release on May 5. A signed
contract was expected to be executed within the next 30 to 45 days (we should be hearing
on this soon).

3. $5-$12 million contract pending with Fluor-Daniel for building a Foundation Package
facility. Bid was submitted on August 25, 1997 as noted in press release of September 5.
September 16 press release notes that Fluor's contract manager was pleased with
Tomahawk's cost figures which were questioned. Bid for this package dropped into a
range of $7-$10 million. The scheduled winner of this project (between three entities) was
supposed to be announced in January but details are still being worked out.

4. $5-$9 million contract pending with Fluor-Daniel to build on a major plant expansion.
This was first announced back on September 23, 1997. A November 13 press release
noted that the contract would be awarded during the first week in January 1998 but a
subsequent news release from December 23 noted that this package (and the one above
for $7-$10 million) was supposed to be rewarded during the last week in January. Press
release from May 27, 1998 has noted that Tomahawk and Dunn attended a meeting with
Fluor Daniel to negotiate a contract.
Note that even if the Fluor contracts are reached, revenue will be divided up due to the JV
and ARET's current relationship with Tomahawk.

5. On April 16, 1998, ARET's Tomahawk unit and JV Partner Dunn Industrial submitted a
design/build package for 5 buildings with Fluor Daniel. Amounts range from $17 to $25
million dollars.

Contracts in the making but distant:
1. Back on September 15, 1997 a bid was submitted for buliding of the first phase of a
housing development related to the Navajo Indians. No updates have been released.

2. Letter of Intent to act as project managers at a Missouri development that includes a
resort, marina, retail center and residential community in the range of $90-$120 million
announced to the public on October 14, 1997. Outside financial interests and currency
crisis in the Far East have put this on hold as outside investors have felt the impact of the
world markets crunch. This one is on the back burner for now.

3. St. Lucia deal for $34 million. Still in the works but on hold. Last press release from
August 11, 1997 gave indications that ARET was in the final stages of financing. The
lending institution had required additional documents from the land owner in order to
secure a clean title to the property, which they have now received all the information that
they had required from St. Lucia. Closing date was not set.

These are a total of 11 events that are currently on the table for ARET, Tomahawk and
the JV's. Question: Can you honestly tell me that this company is worth only 3 cents
considering the outpouring of information we have seen during the past two months? I
hope the stock can move higher and word gets out that they seem to be getting their act
together.

Steve alias SSPARSONS

Thanks again Steve.

I'll add 2.
- There are negotiations to start market a new building material.
- Minority status advantages as mentioned yesterday.
