Ed: I'm sure you're more than a little disappointed with PKC and ROH today. If you can rise above the despair of the day, I'm curious what your objective thoughts are regarding the book value of each company with and without ECP back in??? Thanks in advance.

P.S. I suspect the market has overreacted to the news creating a buying opportunity (for any of us oil investors who still have capital available to invest... these have been hard times for the oil stocks).
