Gerry, Despite the current financial picture, this is a well positioned and undervalued company with excellent upside potential. We believe in Applied Carbon and we will continue to support it as long as is required. The reverse-split is required to reduce the float, and increase share price to a level that will interest an additional group of investors. The result will be increased value for all shareholders.
