I think a merger between IAS and ITKG is inevitable. I think IAS should be that company. Here are my reasons:

1. IAS is a reporting company, ITKG is not. Very difficult to attract investment into a non reporting company.

2. Dilution!!! ITKG has way too many shares out. Last count was over 18 million shares, IAs has 8-9 million.

3. IAS has a small manageable float, 2-3million shares; ITKG, 10 million plus I think. That's why ITKG went down on 300,000 shares traded after a good news release. Who's selling?

Lucky Lady, IAS is moving up on low volume, I guarantee you that when IAS releases news on a contract it will go up and not down.
