Steve, I completely understand where you are coming from. I too added to my stock at the $30 price and purchased them Tues. May 26th to make sure I would qualify for the dividend. It is my understanding that some consider the settlement date to be the day following the day of the actual sale and others maybe the third day. My brokerage firm considers the 2nd day as settlement date. Dusty :o)
