For the record, the case against Mr. Reid is active. Therefore no comment. For the record, if you refer to the first release from the SEC you will see that I was a founder of Dimples. I was President CEO and in charge of marketing/sales. How did I let this happen? Good question? How does one "let" oneself become a victim of crime? How did I "let" Elliott forge documents and alter documents? How did I "let" him steal a company? In case you did not know, criminals commit crimes without telling you in advance, there is no warning. They just do it. So, to answer your very silly question, HOW DID I LET THIS HAPPEN? I forgot to dust off my crystal ball. I neglected to ask Elliot and Reid if they were going to commit crimes that week. Ask a stupid question.... I will not comment further on this matter so don't bother to ask.
