Ron,

The stock was halted for 10 days on December 22,1997. At that time, there was a bid of $1.06, hardly worthless. A 10 day halt (which expired uneventfully) is hardly reason to say that a stock is "worthless". At the end of the 10 day halt, you can say what you will about the stock, but it was January of 1998.

Actually, what I plan to do is avoid all those revised tax returns and bite the bullet and declare the gain which I will make on RMIL in 1998.

BTW, I've already been in a stock which was halted (for better reason than this one) and which resumed trading and which ended 1997 with a bid of .001(for tax purposes) and on which I have already made $3500 this year and which is on its way to recouping every dollar I ever put into it, which was many, many. The key there, of course, was patience. Patience will also be the key to making money on RMIL.

Regards,

AD
