Re: "send Bruce handwritten letters of apology" Huh? Sorry for asking questions that Bruce (and others) responded to with such negativity towards the questioner(s)? I don't think so. If the questions had been answered willingly and with reduced antagonism, this whole situation would have been far more pleasant. Even an "I don't know" answer is better than "Your mother wears army boots". OK, so maybe that wasn't the exact terminology of the answers (maybe it was, I don't know), but the underlying idea is correct. Civil disagreement works. From both sides. Still waiting patiently (and expectantly) for the ZITEC web site. It's now 8:15pm Mountain Standard Time. Sure is a pretty day. It was a gorgeous sunset tonight. TED
