Angel,

I really don't care to argue with you over this to any degree but FWIW when RMIL was halted in December, 1997 it effectively became worthless, regardless of the price since there was NO LIQUIDITY (ie: you couldn't sell your shares in a public market and receive cash in your account).

And from what I've seen and heard from shareholders on this thread, shares that have been put up for sale have not been acted upon. That tells me that you still may have, for all-intensive purposes, a worthless stock.

Does that mean it will be worthless in the future?? NO. But you can't decide your tax situation based upon future unknowns. You have to look at what you have as a fact. And what you all have is a stock with no apparent market after 5 months (GRNO began trading on pink sheets two months after its halt).

And since RMIL seems to be an all or nothing affair (ie: a worthless scam with NO value, or a corporate shell with a massive short position that will need to eventually be covered in order to make delivery), folks have relatively little to lose and much to gain by not selling their shares. However, declaring it a tax loss provides tax deductions, either temporary or permanent, applicable against any capital gains you have. (And I know you pay your capital gains taxes on a quarterly basis like you're supposed to, right?... :0)

So declaring it worthless and a tax loss either in 1997 or 1998 will set everyone's mind at rest and grant them the patience they will require in order to discover if the mmkrs actually are desperate to cover. And if they are, you will probably have MORE THAN ENOUGH money available from selling the hyper-priced stock in a short squeeze to more than pay the capital gains taxes you nullified when using RMIL as a tax loss.

So Angel, if you choose not to do so, that is your perogative. But don't destroy the message just because you don't like the messenger. I was just passing on some information that was brought to my attention as a result of GRNO. And believe it or not, I would like to see if there actually is a massively short position and assist shareholders in any manner possible to bring the matter to the forefront, once and for all.

And until you put everyone at ease and content not to sell their RMIL shares back to their brokers as "cabinet sales", you will continue to be the target of potential shareshakers.

JMHO, and this will be my last comment on the topic except as a response to another's questions directed toward me.

Regards,

Ron
