I thought you were an educated man, Pugs.

I'll see if I can simplify it for you even more to the point that you can understand what I'm getting at here.

The Mmkr may be trying to create the impression that RMIL is worthless in order to dishearten shareholders and convince them to sell or take a cabinet sale.

All that I have stated is that no one need fall prey to this trick should their accountant discover RMIL is considered worthless based on the illiquidity and the price of the stock (.01/share seems pretty worthless to me)

So if shareholers can claim a tax loss WITHOUT selling their stock (no rule says that you have to sell your stock in order to count it as worthless), then the Mmkrs ploys will have been counter-productive on their part and provided RMIL shareholders the key to claiming the tax loss WITHOUT selling their stock.

And if the Mmkrs ARE massively short, they will quickly realize that their is NOTHING they can do to shake shares, especially since they have effectively displayed the stock is worthless through the lack of a market and the erratic 100 share trades at .01/share.

Thus, there only recourse will be to offer higher prices to cover their short positions and meet the requirements of those shareholders still waiting for their shares in certificate form.

I hope this finally makes my point clear to you and everyone else. This is really getting tedious.

Regards,

Ron
