SC, I asked the question on Tuesday about the settlement date v. purchase date that you responded to. My broker had told me that the purchase date (Friday) was the critical time for getting the dividend. However, since there was/is such confusion, regarding all these press releases, SEC rules, I decided to buy on Tuesday to be on the safe side, following your post of the information that you received. Granted that I could have gotten a better price on Thursday, in the long run, if our product is what we hope, we will still have gotten our common at a greatly reduced price to its actual value. The last thing that we need is an internecine warfare amongst ourselves. Just my humble opinion, but I think that I still got a bargain on Tuesday. Mike
