>>SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 1, 1998--Daw Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ;DAWK), Monday
announced that it has been awarded two new contracts totaling approximately $4.3 million in the European region.
The larger of these two contracts represents repeat business with this customer and will involve work on a 50,000 square foot,
class ''100'' cleanroom. The contract stipulates that Daw will furnish a total system solution, which includes, design,
engineering and the supply and installation of floors, walls, ceilings and fan filter units.
The design work will begin immediately, with the project completion scheduled for sometime during the second quarter of
1999.
The second contract will be to design and build an equipment manufacturing facility for a semiconductor equipment supplier.
The scope of the project involves the supply of a total cleanroom system including floors, walls, ceiling, HVAC systems and
associated process systems. Work on this project will also be immediate and is slated for completion during the third quarter
of 1998.<<
