H&Q's telecom analyst Joe Noel mentioned as a part of H&Q's morning call today, that he was going to cut his numbers on QWST, in particular revenue, as he feels he is too high. He suggested there were other analysts who would likely follow. It wasn't real clear, but he specifically mentioned LCI in this context. <..I went to the site he mentioned and could not find anything...> I never mentioned any "site" as there isn't one. This was internal to H&Q and their customers. Look for it at some point to hit the tape when he DOES cut them and posts to First Call. Until then, take it or ignore it, for what it's worth.
