Mike, No, no, no. You don't have to buy these warrants the company is giving them to you out of the goodness of their heart. Now the strike price is $3 so until they get up to that region you don't have to worry about anything because until it gets to that price you can't do anything with them anyway. IF... they do get to that price then for some (so far unreported) amount of money that you put with a warrant the company will give you a share of common stock. So, the company is going to allow you at a discount price to invest more of your hard earned money in this wonderful enterprise so you can have even more of this valuable stock. Best of luck, George
