BAY is looking forward to another lousy quarter after a string of lousy quarters. They certainly have momentum. BAY is reorganizing again to divert attention from their continuing and mounting troubles. Rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic didn't help that crew much either, but it did give some false hope with the appearance of doing something, anything to avoid their fate.
