<<And to add insult to injury, the last time she visited India and Pakistan, both countries reminded her of the british atrocities and asked for the return of the jewels that the british stole, specially the the Kohinoor diamond. Maybe ok for a normal person but the queen is not used to being treated in such a manner.>>

Reminds me of the story about one of the oldest American Flags that finally come home. The British stole it form Ft. Niagara in a 1779(?) battle and after burning the fort down,.. escaped via Canada.

It was just returned to the Fort a year ago from British soil after years and years of haggeling. It was just a torn up rag, basically of no trading value like a diamond,,, that needs like a $150K restoration.
