vitas T.C. Worden tracks adv/dec with their indicator called T2100.
FWIW it shows the adv/decl as oversold as it was on 12/26/97.also in positive note the short term stochastic has crossed over above the longer term mov. ave. I believe this to be a prerequisite for an improvement - not necessarily a short term timing tool.
Macd of this chart suggests 1-3 days more before a very oversold condition could get off bottom
