Hey Coop, stop being so abstemious!

Had to look that one up.

If the Litchfield/Global/Biofarm entity is going to have a controlling interest (i.e. majority shareholder) of RMGG and RMGG is going to continue as a separate stock, it would stand to reason that Litchfield & Co. would like to see RMGG stock price go up.

So it sounds like Litchfield is financing the Fuzhou Fujiang acquisition for RMGG in return for controlling interest (shares) in RMGG. Global and Biofarm are merging (keeping Biofarm name), and Litchfield will be transferring its assets (which include controlling interest in RMGG) into Biofarm. Biofarm, with its now controlling interest in RMGG will funnel Biofarm products into China through Fuzhou Fujiang. My question is what kind of royalty or revenue (if any) will RMGG get to keep on their books from selling Biofarm products through FF?

The picture just keeps getting better.
