I've seen the bid as high as 9 9/16 pre market.

Almost 10,000 shares traded, and still 40 minutes to Open.

Probably will gap up, folks don't place market buys for the open, even if a stock runs later in the day, the MM's will kill you on those market bids to open.

Put a limit buy in, you can always raise the limit or change to market but you'll never get a bargain with a market buy, when the Market is closed.
