This one's out of Market Mavens: >> US Robotics (USRX): Company has announced a first generation ADSL product expected to be delivered in 1Q97 with Total Control ADSL Modules shipping in 2H97. This follows on the heels of their 56 KBPS modem announcements. Though the financials deteriorated last quarter to alarming levels, this company continues to produce excellent products ahead of the competition. It looks like they will be using AmatiIs technology for ADSL via Texas Instruments. By the way, I believe Amati will be a player in ADSL and will eventually surpass Westell. << Was there an official announcement that I've missed?
