In one of the press releases about the Judge not stopping the sale of Aquarius:

"A Cadence spokesman said his company would
again ask the court for an injunction barring the sale
of Aquarius. Cadence is still examining Aquarius's
computer code and will file additional material "in a
matter of weeks" in support of its request."
