greg;
i read the 10-Q and their earnings release after your note. I thought that the company is going downhill rather than recovering. This is just my personal view (weakness in patient admittance, revenues down, continued litigation, and much more). In fact, I did not even view a silver lining whatsoever. I am staying away and I will not be touching the stock even if it hits $2.875.

Not what you wanted to hear, but just my honest opinion.
