A reverse split is ludicrous. The only reason for the one we just had was to maintain NASDQ regular board listing. No other reason. The company is in no danger of losing this listing while closing above a buck. Even if it broke below a buck, it would have at least 4 successive months to correct the issue before considering another reverse split. In this time period it has new liners coming on line, increased milling capacity, real production of what will hopefullt be in excess of a 1000 - 1500 ounces per month. With only 5.5 mill shares out there, it is highly unlikely the company will be unable to go below a buck for any sustained period of time and therefore unlikely to lose its listing.
