June 2, 1998, Toronto Canada: Cashco Management Inc. is pleased to announce that an agreement has been reached between the Company, Zitec International Limited and IntellAgent Control Corporation to establish a working relationship between all three companies.
IntellAgent, a Texas based company founded in 1991, is a rapidly growing supplier of software solutions to help companies more effectively leverage customers relationships to increase market share and revenues. This association is the foundation for a long term relationship between the Companies for the servicing of large commercial accounts, currently under contract with IntellAgent, providing personnel and software to adjust PC's to ensure that they are Year 2000 compliant. In order to meet the immediate demand for the product, Zitec has placed an initial order with Cashco for 40,000 units @ $25.50 per unit. The product, Cashco's Y2K software, 11th Hour is to be delivered over a 90 day period, as required by Zitec.
The Zitec website, currently under construction, has regretfully been delayed but will be accessible within 24 hours. On-line customers will be able to purchase the 11th Hour software for individual personal use at a cost of $39.95 per unit. Domain address, when operational, will be www.zitec.com.
