It appears that the legal deadline was June 20 all along, and not May 31. Companies have 140 days from year-end to file the statements. In WRNs case, 140 days from January 31 is June 20.

For quarterlies you are allowed 60 days, so Q1 is due June 30, 60 days after April 30.
