I received your Private Message (PM) to me this morning, but you should know that my position is to conduct this inquiry for all to see, in an evenhanded way. So let me reproduce this message and respond to the points that you raise.

Tell you what let's make a deal. You tell me who you are and what your associations are with certain people and I'll fill in the blanks. Until then, you get nothing. Shareholders have and will... but someone who has to hide behind an alias and who will not disclosure the true nature of his or her's agenda and who is not a shareholder is, in my opinion, entitled to nothing.
You want to know who I am. Well I say that given the current climate of harassing emails and even attempted in person visits by the more avid of your supporters on the Yahoo, that my precise identity is really not relevant. There has been the often asked question of my involvement with some of your past associates or yourself. I can answer that categorically that there has been none. I had never heard of your particulars, or the particulars of your past companies, until my very first post on this thread, post #800. That was back on just April 25th.
When I posted, I happened on a thread that was dominated by yeahsayers and touts, where any inquiry was shouted down and attributed to sinister agendas. The more questions I have asked, the less I have seen answered. Well, I am a little stubborn, and when people don't answer questions from where I come from, it's because they have something to hide.
The blanks, as you call them, is information that should be made freely available to everyone, not just shareholders. I am not looking for special attention or treatment. I just want to see the information made available.
For the life of me, I cannot understand why you would need to know who I am in order to answer what states the Merced, Telanis and Zitec companies, mentioned in your recent Press Releases, are each incorporated in.
You may be sure, that I will continue to ask this question until answered, just as you may be sure that I will ask other questions as they arise, until I am sure that enough of the truth, whatever it is, is out for all to see.
My agenda is unrestrained access to the truth for everyone equally. |
