An associate in my office saw a news wire that a major brokerage had upgraded yesterday. Regardless of what has caused it, rumor or not, increased attention will probably cause the market to reflect that the critical thing to success in the evolving telecom business is a successful marketing system that retains customers and leverages facilities.
