Thank you for responding to my inquiry regarding you and Brenda. However we still have a technicality to work out here. You say that you and Brenda were given warrants for your investment in a private placement of the company. However the registration statement says specifically that you and Brenda got options not warrants. Options are typically for services rendered and warrants are for financings. Please clear up this matter.
