Currently, external Vision sales account for less than 10% of ESIO
sales. I don't expect ESIO stock price will be impacted. Where can
you find a growth company with $2.40 - $2.80 / share earning trading
in the low 30s. By the way earning release for the last quarter of
1998 is July 7th.

Have anyone followed QUAL. Trading at $3 --- approx 1/2 book value
with $1/share cash.
