What an interesting question. I've always wondered why no name was ever given for the software, until John posted his email from Dave Clifford.

And then there's the additional question of the "assumed promissory note", which seems to tie in with the issue of who developed the software.

But apart from that: I've read this morning's press release three times, and still have no idea what might be the purpose and scope of a "strategic alliance" among CSHK, Zitec, and Intellagents. Can you help?
