FTIC has been behaving very well in the face of a very unstable market. It has formed a short-term base with support at around 16 1/2.

If history is any guide, the stock may be due for a nice run. The stock is now sitting at its 50 DMA. The last three times it did this there was a quick surge of 25% or more.

The only problem is that the overall market is still in a corrective phase. It is possible that the correction will hit FTIC eventually. But if the market stabilizes a bit I think we can get back to 20 in a hurry.
