The street is like a herd of sheep. Whatever way one sheep goes they follow. Right now Asia and Russia have the whole herd heading south. The best thing the market has going for it right now is low rates. The market rarely goes against low rates very long. So you can look for a miraculous revelation later this summer where the street suddenly realizes that Asia and Russia aren't going to drag us into a black hole and all the tech stocks rally through the roof. Champs like Dell, Cisco, Lucent, GE and IBM will lead. NSM and AMD will even get a lift as will INTC. Jim
