Northstar ...Dollarone...Why don't you post the private message Brenda allegedly sent you. Why don't you post the S-3 so that you can show everyone where it says warrant or option or whatever.
I have been in this company for two years and I have talked to Mr. Rash several times. Several times he complained of his lack of financing to the point I thought the company would cease. Luckily they found the funding necessary to keep it going. The funding turns out to be in the form of a private placement. It brought back financial viability to ABMI and allowed to exist until it received a financing agreement with an institutional investor. I agree with you. It sucks to have shares diluted, but I am glad that ABMI is still around. The problem is that you too are blaming the cure and not the disease. The disease is our good friend Dr. Summers who almost ran this company into the ground. He possibly could have done so much damage that it is unrepairable. If you want to vent your anger at the price of ABMI, it is he that we should lynch..not the people that pumped money into our little company. Why did they get such a great deal...because they were offering ABMI something more valuable than what ABMI could offer them.
