Dear Mary Beth Ford-Tava will be at $20.00 very soon!!Unfortunately, companies like people, procrastinate.Who on this thread when knowing they have to spend money say for a auto repairs on their new car,we,all do the human nature things,we check to see if the vehicile warranty covers this repair or defective part.We check to see if the extended vehicle warranty might apply, which it seems it never does!!
Then we check with the car manufacturer or dealer to see if the failed product comes under some sort of recall, which it never does.I could go on but you get the message.
When a Honeywell rep.was asked basically the same question, will your company fix these problems with embedded chips on the factory floor, their reply was and I'm paraphrasing here,we may do the oil changes for free but was mute on who was going to pay/fix company's
embedded chip problems.Essentially, this is the problem in a nutshell. Now that companys are waking up to that stark reality that they are paying, well I actually mean,we'll all pay for this in terms of higher prices for products and services, company's like TAVA are strategically situated to handle the tons of work heading their way.
Basically, you can pay Tava now or pay them more latter, but inevitably they will all come to Tava.So sit back, relax and watch human nature in action.!

Regards,
Dave
