Gary,
For what its worth, I just talked to the transfer agent, Jason at Signature Stock Transfer, and he has not received instructions regarding the dividend/split and is unable to make any statement regarding the P. He was told that the company is getting clarification for itself on the dividend/split issue, and is unsure when he will get the final word. The one brokerage house I talked to this morning was equally unsure as to the status of current purchasers re dividend/split of the P.
