Bob,
This stock is down from $6 two years ago and $1 a year ago. Investors are too insecure to buy at the low and too willing to buy at the high.
As positive results are reported the stock will move up. They will have memberships to sell immediately, not years from now. They are working on a project in NYC that is completed and ready for sales and another one out West. When I say $1 I am thinking within a year. This is not the old NAIR, its the new NIAR but they are having trouble getting away from the bad publicity from the past. The stock is building a base at this level and should do well from here. The problem we will have is when the price is in the teens the people getting in here will be tempted to exit.
