Taken from article posted on news only thread. If ratings system changes what effect will this have on each companies V-chip technology?

The Kaiser survey found 54 percent of
parents of children ages 2-17 say they are
using the ratings to guide their children's
viewing. But more than 80 percent of the
parents who use those new ratings say
they could be improved.
