I would like to add one more thought to the responses already given. I thought that the advnaced Micrascans for true DUV were going to use the CYMI laser. This is in contrast to the i-line source that supposedly had enough DUV response to allow some DUV processing at the 0.25u level. Like the others, I have no indication from my friends at INTC that Merced has been prototyped. Andrew
