Thread.....FBAR merger will not happen until September when it is voted on....until then the stock is free trading. What the news says is that the common shares can be converted for .30133 shares of the new stock at the time of the approval of the merger. I will wait and see how it closes before I make a decision. Earnings are expected out in the next few days. John
