Is this Steve Lopez the attorney for the American Stock Exchange/Transfer Agent that TRGC once used! That might be worth checking out! Why would he want to get into this mess? What's with the offer of 4 wells. Does this fit into the greed thing? Why don't these guys return e-mail?
