Nancy, I am wondering if your comment about the majority of Palestinians being Christian originally came from me. If so, that is not quite what I said. It is true that there are quite a few Christian Palestinians, but I have done no real research and do not know exactly how many. It is very true that they are not all Muslims, however.

What I do remember saying is that there are a lot of Palestinian refugees who fled to San Francisco, after spending some time in Jordan in the late '40's and very early '50'. I have met many of them, some as friends and others because they own most of the small grocery stores here. All of the ones I know are Christians, although I am sure some of them I don't know could be Muslims.

What I do not understand at all is your statement that this furthers hatred for the Jews, however.
