Oh ok then that means they missed the window and NASDAQ needs some clarifications. The good intention of giving shareholders a tax break is going to take a bit more time. Like I have told everyone regardless what intentions, wishes, ro anything is the SEC and NASD rules are there for a reason.

Me I am a long term investor and will take advantage of the time variable here. Trying to get a couple of good rollers to get more money.
