A little refresher on GNII dividend and the company: To get dividend shares of the company being spun off by GNII you must, of course, be a shareholder of GNII as of the record date, June 5, 1998, and that a press release on the dividend is at ncal.verio.com where it states that "GlobeNet shareholders on record Friday, June 5, 1998 will receive one share of GX for each 2 shares of GlobeNet." and that "The company plans to file an S1 registration of the dividend shares."
