I have been reading this thread for some time, most of the time for amusement. But the more I read of the foolish chatterings, such as proclaiming that the "U" in the symbol indicates a pending bankruptcy and that bankruptcy is imminent by June 15, the more it looked like an opportunity for me to spend $125 for a fishing license to benefit some children. Consequently, I joined the Silicon Investor today.

Now, here's my proposal to all of the David Baines, David Stern, Mr. Forthright, Richard Moore, J.D.R., and any others of like mind:

I propose that we all meet in the offices of the Vancouver Sun, and I will bet $10,000 U.S. cash that Forecross does not take any Chapter of the Bankruptcy Code this year. If none of you has $10,000, then perhaps you can pool your resources to make the amount.

If I win the bet, I will contribute it to a children's charity of my choice; if you win, then you will contribute it to a children's charity of your choice.

Additionally, if you win, you will also have considerable bragging rights, since I come from several venues notable for high risk.

As you might have surmised by now, I am long Forecross, very long.

Unlike some of you with opinions, I am not afraid to use my real name.
