Betty Ann: I heard that place in Afghanistan is a quake prone area and had a quake not too long ago. The Indian and Pakistani tests might have somehow contributed to it or accelerated the event, but I don't know. I am sure some pundits will now come out and say something on it in a fews days or weeks time.I sure hope this was not the first innocent casualties of the nuclear ambitions of the two.
